These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Inner Circle, a paid educational community operated by Seller Systems (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By purchasing, accessing, or participating in the Inner Circle—including its Discord server, live calls, replays, courses, events, and materials—you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not join or participate.

1. THE INNER CIRCLE COMMUNITY

The Inner Circle is a private, paid membership community designed for Amazon private label sellers seeking education, peer collaboration, and strategic insights.

The Inner Circle may include, but is not limited to:

• Live calls, AMAs, and workshops

• Educational courses and SOPs

• Discord-based community discussions

• Guest speakers and expert sessions

• In-person or virtual events

• Partner tools, discounts, and resources

Access is granted solely to active, approved members.

2. ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

By joining, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old

• You are responsible for all activity under your account

• You will not share, resell, or transfer access to any other person

Each membership is for individual use only, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

3. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE ONLY (NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE)

All content, discussions, strategies, and materials provided within the Inner Circle are for educational and informational purposes only.

Nothing provided constitutes:

• Legal advice

• Financial advice

• Tax advice

• Accounting advice

• Compliance or regulatory advice

You are solely responsible for your business decisions and outcomes. We strongly encourage consulting qualified professionals before acting on any information shared.

We do not control Amazon or any third-party platform. Platform policies, enforcement actions, suspensions, or changes are outside our control, and we are not responsible for outcomes resulting from platform decisions.

4. NO GUARANTEES OR EARNINGS CLAIMS

We make no guarantees regarding:

• Revenue

• Profitability

• Business success

• Amazon account performance

• Specific results of any strategy

Any success stories, testimonials, or examples shared reflect individual experiences and do not guarantee similar results.

Your results will vary based on many factors outside our control.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Seller Systems shall not be liable for any:

• Direct or indirect losses

• Business interruptions

• Lost profits or revenue

• Account suspensions or terminations

• Inventory, supplier, or logistics issues

• Decisions made based on community discussions

Participation in the Inner Circle is at your own risk.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY & NON-DISCLOSURE

The Inner Circle is a confidential environment.

By participating, you agree:

• Not to record, screenshot, or share content outside the community

• Not to distribute replays, SOPs, or materials to non-members

• Not to disclose private discussions, strategies, or member data

This includes content shared by:

• Seller Systems

• Brandon Young

• Team members

• Other Inner Circle members

Violation of confidentiality may result in immediate removal without refund.

While we take reasonable steps to maintain a confidential environment, we cannot guarantee the conduct of other members and are not liable for disclosures made by third parties.

7. COMMUNITY CONDUCT & CODE OF BEHAVIOR

Members agree to:

• Treat others with respect and professionalism

• Avoid harassment, hate speech, or personal attacks

• Refrain from spam, selling, pitching, or self-promotion

• Use channels appropriately and stay on topic

• Respect moderators and community guidelines

We reserve the right to moderate content, restrict access, or remove members to protect community quality.

8. SALES, SOLICITATION & SELF-PROMOTION

Unless explicitly approved:

• No pitching services or products

• No affiliate links

• No unsolicited direct messages

• No recruiting or lead generation

Violations may result in removal from the community.

9. RECORDINGS & CONSENT

By participating in live sessions, you acknowledge and consent that:

• Sessions may be recorded

• Replays may be shared with Inner Circle members

• Your voice, chat messages, or participation may appear in recordings

If you do not wish to be recorded, you are responsible for refraining from participation during recorded sessions.

10. CONTENT OWNERSHIP & LICENSE

You retain ownership of content you personally post.

However, by posting in the Inner Circle, you grant Seller Systems a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Display your content within the community

• Use anonymized or aggregated insights for educational or internal purposes

We will not publicly attribute or commercialize your content without permission.

11. ACCESS, SUSPENSION & TERMINATION

Seller Systems reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms

• Remove members whose behavior disrupts the community

• Enforce rules at our reasonable discretion

Membership fees are non-refundable if access is revoked due to rule violations.

12. ANTI-CIRCUMVENTION

You agree not to:

• Share login credentials

• Allow non-members to access content

• Resell or redistribute Inner Circle materials

• Circumvent paywalls or access controls

Violations may result in immediate termination and potential legal action.

13. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Seller Systems, its owners, team members, and partners from any claims, losses, or damages arising from:

• Your participation in the community

• Your business decisions

• Your violation of these Terms

• Your misuse of information shared within the Inner Circle

14. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect improvements or legal requirements.

Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of State of Florida, United States Governing Jurisdiction.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively within that jurisdiction.
